program from Tennessee Tech University. I have been working with Warrior Counseling since 2023 and
have thoroughly enjoyed each moment at this practice. I am dedicated to supporting individuals in their
journey toward healing and personal growth. I chose counseling because of my deep passion for helping
others navigate life’s challenges and discovering their inner strength. I believe in the power of human
connection and the transformative potential of therapy.
In my approach to therapy, I integrate Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT). I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients, whether you’re struggling
with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions. Person-Centered Therapy
allows me to create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard and understood. Play Therapy
helps children express themselves in ways that words cannot, and CBT offers effective tools to challenge
negative thought patterns and build healthier coping strategies. I offer Play Therapy for ages 4+ and
